During my civil engineering studies, I discovered my passion for timber construction and was fortunate to join a master’s program focused on Complex Timber Structures in Biel. Over the past six years as a timber engineer, I have gained extensive experience in both Switzerland and Canada, working on new constructions as well as on the renovation and retrofitting of existing buildings.

Building on my diverse background and the insights gained through my master’s thesis, I have developed strong expertise in the design of timber-concrete composite systems, enabling optimized material use and advancing the state of the art in this field.
